Tentesol Reflective and Tentesol T Reflected are the reflective brands of ŞİŞECAM FLAT GLASS and belong to the sun control glass group.

It is obtained by coating various metal oxides on colorless or blended colored glasses during the production process in the float line.

The coating has high mechanical and chemical resistance.

Available in silver, green, smoked, bronze and blue colors.

In buildings with curtain walls, it provides image integrity by hiding building elements such as columns, beams, parapet walls, suspended ceilings and installation gaps with the help of its reflective feature.

It is recommended to be used within Isıcam. It can also be used as single glass. However, mild detergents and a soft cloth should be used for cleaning, and damaging and abrasive substances should be avoided on coated surfaces.

Isıcam insulating glass unit provides both solar control and heat control when used with colorless flat glass or heat control coated (Low-E) glasses.

The coated surface can be used facing the inside (2nd surface) or outside (1st surface). If the coating is on the outside, reflection; On the inside, color comes to the fore.

When the coating is used facing outward, contamination will be more easily noticed on reflective surfaces and more frequent glass cleaning may be required depending on air pollution and the amount of dust in the atmosphere. For this reason, it is recommended to use the coating facing inward.

Due to its reflective feature, it creates a mirror effect when viewed from the side where the light is strong. For example, it provides a one-way view from inside to outside during the day, and on the contrary, from outside to inside at night.

Tempering, partial tempering and crowning can be done.

It can be laminated. When laminating Şişecam Tentesol, all layers of the laminated glass must be tempered or partially tempered against the risks of thermal breakage.

All solar control glasses have risks of thermal breakage. For this reason, it is recommended to use Şişecam Tentesol series solar control glasses as tempered or partially tempered.
